Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour


  • 1 cups grated jaggery


  • 1 cups grated gooseberry


  • 1 cups hot water


  • 1/3 cups olive oil


  • 1/2 cups brown sugar/stavia


  • 1/2 cups dessicated coconut


  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder


  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder


  • 1 tsp vanilla essence


  • 1/2 tsp fennel


  • 1 tsp clove powder


  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder


  • 1 tsp cardamom powder


  • 2 tbsp choo-chips


  • 2 pinch salt


  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Directions

  • Take a big deep bowl add hot water jaggery ,stavia ,mix well add all spices and goose berry pulp
  • Whisk flour and Baking powder ,salt,coco powder
  • Add flour mix into wet mixture
  • Add coconut in it
  • Pour into greased silicone molds add chocochip s on top
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 35 tp 40 miutes .
  • Allow to cool
  • Serve .
